The founder of JABB Group, Joe has worked at the intersection of education and social & group psychology for over two decades. Joe's greatest passion is human behavior and he guides his clients through partnership in accessing their power and achieving their highest levels of potential and self-expression.
Joe brings an uncommon ability to distill issues down to their essential elements. This approach enables individuals to fulfill their dreams and sustain competence through continued growth. His contribution is often the catalyst that propels a client achieve breakthroughs.
He has also been responsible for procuring and managing tens of millions of dollars of funding for research in the prevention of youth suicide, substance abuse and mental illness as Program Director and Executive Coach for the prestigious Prevention Science and Methodology Group.
As a former leader in one of the world's largest personal development and educational companies, Joe has had the distinct pleasure to work with some of the best coaches, consultants, teachers, and psychologists from various disciplines. These disciplines have included everything from social and group dynamics, to human cognition and behavior, to the game of golf. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University.
Dr. C. Hendricks Brown
Dr. C. Hendricks Brown is an Advisor to JABB Group. He is a Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Preventive Medicine and Medical Social Sciences at the Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. He also holds adjunct appointments in the Departments of Biostatistics and Mental Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as well as the Department of Public Health Sciences at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.
Brown directs the NIDA funded Center for Prevention Implementation Methodology for Drug Abuse and HIV (University of Chicago) and co-directs the CDC Chicago Center for the Prevention of Youth Violence. He directs Northwestern's Bridges Program, which develops and applies methods to foster partnerships among community, service delivery, and research, expressly addressing health and promoting equity. His work has focused on the prevention of drug abuse, conduct disorder, and depression, and particularly the prevention of suicide.
He has a strong interest in developing new methodology for producing generalized knowledge about behavioral interventions, including developing innovative research designs for effectiveness, conducting mediational analyses, designing and carrying out implementation trials and modeling the effects of implementation strategies. He has published extensively on methods for conducting group-based randomized trials and methods to improve implementation research. Brown cochairs the National Academy of Sciences Forum on Promoting Children's Cognitive, Affective, and Behavioral Health and serves on numerous federal panels, advisory boards, and editorial boards.

Ananda is a Managing Director at Loop Capital where he analyses technology companies and makes key contributions to firm strategy and culture creation. As a Managing Director and Director of Research at Brean Capital LLC, Ananda was a key member of the strategic working group responsible for developing and implementing firm strategy and creating a culture aligning employee and ownership goals. He has previously held positions at consultancies Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and at investment banks Merrill Lynch and Banc of America Securities. He has studied at The College of William & Mary, Oxford University, and the University of Pittsburgh.
